- A description of screenshots or evidence that excludes personal data and secrets.
Handling
We preserve evidence, confirm scope, and disable a specific Campaign or account when necessary. Ordinary reports have a two-business-day response target; active fraud, malware, or widespread harm is prioritized.
Contact
We expect to reply to ordinary product, billing, and privacy requests within two business days. This inbox is not staffed 24/7; confirmed major incidents are prioritized and affected accounts receive continuing updates.
