Accounts and authority
- Provide a working account email, protect credentials, and authorize only appropriate team members.
- You are responsible for Apps, Campaigns, destinations, tracking parameters, and integrations created in your account.
Service and change
meetroas provides campaign pages, PWA installation, traffic routing, attribution, event delivery, and related management tools. Maintenance, upstream providers, or security events may interrupt service; no traffic source, browser, or third-party platform is guaranteed to remain available.
Billing and plans
The pricing and checkout screens state current plan, allowance, and top-up amounts. A payment is credited only after provider verification and actual credit issuance. See Cancellation & Refunds for downgrade and dispute handling.
Suspension and termination
We may disable an account or Campaign involved in unlawful activity, fraud, malware, impersonation, routing abuse, third-party rights violations, or harm to the service. Administrative actions are audited and can be reversed after the risk is resolved.
Responsibility boundary
You must ensure ads, content, offers, destinations, and data handling comply with applicable law and partner policies. The service is provided as available. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Contact
We expect to reply to ordinary product, billing, and privacy requests within two business days. This inbox is not staffed 24/7; confirmed major incidents are prioritized and affected accounts receive continuing updates.
Do not email passwords, API secrets, full click IDs, wallet private keys, or unnecessary personal data.
