Prohibited activity
- Unlawful content, fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, non-consensual monitoring, or harassment.
- Brand impersonation, fabricated offers, outcomes, or licensing, or presenting a demo as a real-money result.
- Bypassing policies, review, or access controls of ad platforms, destinations, browsers, or security providers.
- Probing or disrupting other tenants, availability, billing, attribution, rate limits, or notifications.
- Putting secrets, full click IDs, or unnecessary personal data in public URLs, assets, support tickets, or client code.
Enforcement
We may disable a specific Campaign or account, preserve an audit record, and request remediation evidence. An administrator can restore service after the risk is resolved.
Contact
We expect to reply to ordinary product, billing, and privacy requests within two business days. This inbox is not staffed 24/7; confirmed major incidents are prioritized and affected accounts receive continuing updates.
